  The MHR SUD program is a non-12 step, evidence-based, person-centered, trauma informed, co-occurring outpatient level 2.1 program that works with adults on a wide range of goals from harm and risk reduction to abstinence.  The program recognizes the struggles that individuals experiencing mental health symptoms and substance use face and focuses on working through those struggles.  The program works to try to adapt to the uniqueness of the individual rather than making the individual adapt to the program.   This is a skills-based program that teaches individuals how to work through emotional dysregulation so they can make decisions that align with their recovery goals.  We offer a diverse, LGBTQIA-friendly staff that is anti-racist to make sure all individuals are treated equitably while giving consideration to, and education about the unique diversity that makes up our community.   Services offered by the MHR SUD Program:
