Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS), provided at Safe Harbour in Owatonna, is designed to provide intensive support for individuals experiencing significant mental health challenges. Services are provided in a residential, community-based setting and aim to stabilize symptoms, develop skills, and transition individuals to a less restrictive environment or back to independent living.
