Four Winds Lodge offers 45, 60 or 90 day Native American Culturally specific high intensity residential chemical health treatment services. We recently started accepting patients on a stable dose of Suboxone with admission limited to Monday through Thursday. We also can help them get on Suboxone after arrival.
