The Urban White Earth Substance Treatment Program offers outpatient chemical dependency treatment. The focus of treatment is to assist individuals struggling  with substanse use disorder.  Treatment combines culture with the process of assessment of a client's needs, development of planned interventions or services to address those needs, provision of services, facilitation of services provided by other service providers, and reassessment by qualified professionals. White Earth Substance Abuse Treatment Program offer culturally specific treatment to assist or suppor clients' efforts to recovery from substance use disorder.
