Between Two Pines is located in a cottage on Mari’s private property nestled in the woods for privacy and the tranquility that facilitates healing. Mari offers in person or virtual therapy sessions. Mari is trained in EMDR, IFS, CBT and a variety of therapy modalities. Mari works from a spiritual and holistic perspective.

NUWAY Mankato Counseling Center implements the RISE model of treatment. RISE (Recovery In Supportive Environments) utilizes evidence-based models of care connecting substance use disorder treatment with (subsidized) recovery residence support. NUWAY outpatient clients have the option to live in independently run recovery residences, of their choice, and have their housing program fees subsidized while they attend treatment. NUWAY outpatient programs serve adult women and men and include: co-occurring group and individual therapy, gender specific groups; art and music therapy; recovery-based yoga; family of choice education and therapy, tele-psychiatry, care coordination and peer support; prolonged exposure therapy, and enhanced illness management recovery. NUWAY outpatient is GLBTQIA+ and MAT friendly. Additionally, outpatient clients receive: transportation assistance, a nutritionally based snack during each day of service, and no cost drug testing. Programming is held Monday through Friday, four hours per day. There is one two track offered: Track 1 is from 8:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.

Collegiate Mental Wellness offers comprehensive diagnostic assessment, therapy and mental health medication management in an accepting, supportive care setting. We started our clinic because we recognize the teen and college years can be stressful times of change. We focus on supporting clients during these years, and we aim to see clients as soon as possible.

Collegiate Mental Wellness offers customized individual therapy as well as family therapy. These services are provided by an experienced Licensed Psychologist. Therapy goals and strategies are planned collaboratively with you to help with your current mental health concerns.

Collegiate Mental Wellness also offers medication management services. Initial consultations and follow up visits are provided. If therapy and medication management are helpful for you, our experienced team will work together to support your mental wellness.
