NorthStar Regional – Telehealth IOP Progam

Availability: We currently have immediate availability.

NorthStar Regional now has a Telehealth/Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (ASAM 2.1) designed for clients transitioning from higher levels of care or entering sober housing or home environments who still benefit from structured treatment and accountability.

This program allows clients to continue their recovery work while balancing employment, transportation barriers, or family responsibilities.

Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays   |   5:00 PM – 8:00 PM   |    Delivered via Telehealth

Our Clinical Services Included

• Structured group therapy focused on recovery skills, relapse prevention, and peer support
• Evidence-informed substance use and co-occurring disorder treatment
• Individualized treatment planning with ongoing progress monitoring
• Relapse prevention and step-down planning to support long-term stability
• Coordination with housing, outpatient services, and next-step care
