• Behavioral Health Consultants available during medical visits, offering integrated assessment, brief interventions, and referrals to appropriate care
• Licensed and pre-licensed therapists, providing both in-person and telehealth appointments across multiple MCC ambulatory sites
• Bilingual therapists and case managers available in English/Spanish and English/Hmong
• Short-term mental health case management for patients aged 18+ residing in Ramsey County
• Social workers available to help bridge gaps in care, address barriers, and connect patients with needed resources
• Medication for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD) with Buprenorphine (Suboxone) for opiate use disorders
• Other Substance Use Disorder treatment, such as alcohol, methamphetamine, and cocaine use
• Integrated Behavioral Health Consultants
• In clinic detoxification and Buprenorphine induction
• Outpatient therapy and recovery coaching
