CMMHC’s Chemical Health Services helps adolescents and adults struggling with alcohol or substance use by providing treatment to assist them on their recovery journey. As a program within Chemical Health, our Outpatient Substance Use Disorder Services promotes recovery and well-being. We recognize that substance use can impact many facets of a person’s life, and we work to address these areas and help set each individual up for success. (break in paragraph) Our services emphasize evidence-based practice models to improve quality of life by strategically integrating substance abuse and mental health services. We understand that addressing both is crucial, and we do this through collaboration and consultation of treatment plans, with the ultimate goal of recovery. Throughout the program, a multidisciplinary team works with the client’s family. This comprehensive approach meets all of a person’s needs and ensures they are not alone in their journey, instilling hope and optimism for a successful recovery.
