Substance Use Disorder Providers: I agree to update each location’s service availability information every 24 hours. I understand that failure to do so will result in my organization not appearing in searches and eventually will be removed from the site. I also attest that all licensure information is up to date and accurate to the best of my knowledge.

All Providers: We are all partnering to serve Minnesotans and, in the interest of offering accurate, timely and accessible information, all partners agree that you have authority to submit and maintain this information and it is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
