Now we’re asking for your help to preserve and strengthen the resource that already works.

built in partnership with providers across Minnesota.
Today, that resource is at risk.
FastTrackerMN has been pursuing long-term state funding, but no official decision has been announced and the funding needed to sustain this resource has not yet been secured. Rather than risk losing a trusted tool that already serves Minnesota, we’re launching a bridge funding campaign. Your support will help keep FastTrackerMN available while we build a sustainable future through public and private partnerships.
