Woodland Centers offers Substance Use Disorder (SUD) non-residential, co-occurring services for adults (ages 18+) available in Montevideo, MN and Willmar, MN. Adolescents SUD services available in Willmar, MN only. Services provided in Montevideo, MN include: direct access, MAT friendly, MAT provider services, continuum of supportive mental health services, comprehensive assessments, individual therapy with dual licensed mental health professionals, family education offered in group and individually, weekly co-occurring treatment groups, care coordination, treatment coordination, individual counseling and recovery peer specialist support services. Naloxone overdose prevention kits available at Willmar, MN location (Monday-Friday 8am-5pm) with antonymous pick up.
