The Heights in St. Paul is now offering Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), scheduled comprehensive SUD assessments, and we currently have openings in our Women’s Residential Program.

Women’s Residential Program
-A safe, supportive 16-bed home-like environment for women 18+.
-60-90+ day program with trauma awareness and co-occurring support.
-Family education and recovery events to build lasting connections.
-Staff available 24/7 to ensure safety and healing.

Co-Ed Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP):
-Morning group: Monday-Friday
-Trauma-informed, client-centered care for individuals 18+.
-Tools for relapse prevention, life skills, and spiritual wellness.
-Personalized aftercare planning for long-term success.

Comprehensive Assessments
Comprehensive SUD assessments available onsite or virtually.
