Our in-person and virtual outpatient treatment programs include intensive outpatient, co-occurring outpatient and a culturally-specific Karen program. The intensive outpatient program includes 9 hours of group therapy per week, individual counseling, and education. Meets 3 evenings per week. Our co-occurring program is designed for clients managing both a substance use disorder and another mental health disorder, such as depression, anxiety or trauma. These clients may benefit from working with a dual licensed therapist to address both disorders at once. In addition to the evidence based therapy and education. Karen Recovery Program was developed with the Karen Organization of Minnesota (KOM) to provide addiction treatment with a culturally specific approach and peer recovery support. Meets 2 afternoons a week.
