As of 4/6/24, we have 4 immediate openings in IOP with lodging program in our high intensity 2.5 Delano program for men.  This program is disability responsive, accepts men who are on a commitment, on a dual commitment, Jarvis, who have TBI, seizures and cognitive disabilities, and who need further assistance with programming. Covid protocols are contingent on Health Dept levels and warnings. We have many types of psychological testing available, including memory testing, available through Northern Integrated Health on a medical necessity basis. We have several openings in our evening 2.1 and 1.0 levels of care in Delano. This group has cognitive behavioral approaches, some 12 step as well as Smart Recovery approaches, has access to mental health care and peer recovery services, and deals with multiple issues to address substance use disorder. We have Driving with Care levels I and II available Wed late afternoon/evening via Zoom platform. This service is lead by a drug and alcohol counselor who is also a trained DWC leader, and interactive real time in nature. As this service is online, this is also available out of the area. This is self pay as it is a class. This more than meets any county requirement. The ISP program for those with 3 or 4 or more DUIs, felony DUIs, or DUIs by probation referral, meets from 6:30 to 8:30 Tuesday evenings in Delano, by court and probation referral. We have used cognitive behavioral therapy methods, as well as a number of psychological evidence based techniques for 13 years.   Groups are in person at this point, but we pivot to virtual when the pandemic requires. We accept clients who are already on buprenorphine or methadone, naltrexone or Vivitrol, as well as some who need buprenorphine or other addiction medicine services through Delano or St. Louis Park clinics. We have psychological testing services available through Northern Integrated Health, Inc.
