As of 4/24/24, we have 4 immediate openings in IOP with lodging program in our high intensity 2.5 St. Louis Park program for men, and 2 openings at 2.5 without lodging.  This program is disability responsive, accepts men who are on a commitment, on a dual commitment, Jarvis, who have TBI, seizures and cognitive disabilities, and who need further assistance with programming. Covid protocols are contingent on Health Dept levels and warnings. We have many types of psychological and neuropsychological testing available, including memory testing, available through Northern Integrated Health on a medical necessity basis. We have 4 beds, and a couple openings without lodging available in our 4 evenings per week 2.1 St Louis Park program for men, Mon through Thursday evenings from 5:30 PM to 8:45 PM at our office in St. Louis Park. This requires weekly MH appointments with our staff in addition to attendance at all groups. We DO NOT have our 2 night per week OP program in St Louis Park. We do have 2.1 and 1.0 evening options at our Delano location. We have comprehensive mental health services available through Northern Integrated Health, Inc. We have psychiatric medication, medication for addiction and testing services as well as therapy services available through Northern Integrated Health, Inc. Please call 952-548-9340. We have Driving with Care levels I and II available Wed late afternoon/evening via Zoom platform. This service is lead by a drug and alcohol counselor who is also a trained DWC leader, and interactive real time in nature. As this service is online, this is also available out of the area. This is self pay as it is a class. Phone 763-972-6527 We provide a specialized group once weekly for those with a pattern of obtaining DUIs. Outcomes have been documented and are impressive. Yes, you the client still have to take responsibility for addressing your illness, your behaviors, and do the work, but this is different than what you've done before.  This includes CBT as well as Smart Recovery and other approaches.  This is held in Delano currently. We accept clients who are already on buprenorphine or methadone, as well as some who need buprenorphine or other addiction medicine services. We accept clients who are on medication assisted recovery for alcohol use disorder. We can assist clients in obtaining those services through Northern Integrated Health, Inc. or Integrative Options, Inc. Groups are in person at this point, but we pivot to virtual for evening programming when conditions require. Please fax referrals to 952-925-3264 for clinical review, availability. We have addiction medicine through a companion practice and psychiatric nurse practitioner appointments available through Northern Integrated Health, Inc. We have psychological testing services available through Northern Integrated Health, Inc.
