Established in 2014, Omni Mental Health provides compassionate, individualized, evidence-based mental health care to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families throughout Minnesota.

Our Rochester location serves individuals and families throughout Rochester, Olmsted County, and surrounding southeastern Minnesota communities. Our experienced mental health professionals provide personalized treatment in a welcoming, supportive environment.

Our clinicians provide treatment for anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, ADHD-related challenges, emotional dysregulation, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, stress, and life transitions. Treatment approaches include Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), DBT-informed therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and other evidence-based therapeutic approaches based on individual clinician specialties and availability.

Our Rochester office is also a location for Omni’s Minnesota State-Certified Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Intensive Outpatient Program (DBT IOP), offering comprehensive treatment for adults experiencing significant emotional and behavioral challenges.

We welcome new clients and referrals! Appointment availability varies by provider, with timely scheduling opportunities, evening appointments, and both in-person and telehealth services available. Telehealth services are offered throughout Minnesota.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) & Specialized Treatment

Omni Mental Health offers a Minnesota State-Certified Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Intensive Outpatient Program (DBT IOP) and DBT-informed individual therapy services at our Rochester location.

Our comprehensive DBT program incorporates weekly individual therapy, weekly two-hour DBT skills training groups, between-session phone coaching, and DBT consultation team support. Treatment typically lasts approximately 12 months and focuses on developing practical skills in mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness.

The DBT Intensive Outpatient Program provides structured, comprehensive treatment for adults who may benefit from a higher level of therapeutic support than traditional outpatient therapy alone.

DBT Program Referrals & Higher Levels of Care

Omni Mental Health welcomes referrals for our comprehensive DBT Intensive Outpatient Program from outpatient therapists, hospitals, psychiatric providers, primary care clinics, partial hospitalization programs (PHP), intensive outpatient programs (IOP), and community mental health organizations.

Our Rochester DBT program may be an appropriate treatment option for individuals transitioning from higher levels of care, including inpatient psychiatric hospitalization, residential treatment, and partial hospitalization programs, when clinically appropriate.

We welcome referrals from hospital discharge planners, social workers, case managers, psychiatric providers, and other healthcare professionals seeking comprehensive DBT treatment options in Rochester and southeastern Minnesota.

Our comprehensive DBT IOP requires participation in the full treatment program; DBT skills groups are not offered as stand-alone services. Program eligibility, availability, and required group attendance locations should be confirmed with our scheduling team.
