ARMHS is a mental health service delivery for ages 18 and up, enabling individuals to develop and enhance mental health stability when these areas are impaired by symptoms of mental illness. Skill building areas include: symptom management, interpersonal communication, community resources, relapse prevention, budgeting, healthy lifestyle practices, assessing transportation options, household management, employment, parenting, medication education resources, crisis reduction and crisis management.
