All our services integrate a faith based approach that coincides with evidence based practices.  We accept clients from all walks of life, meeting them at where they are presently in their journey of life. We offer support groups along with sober events. We have openings for comprehensive assessments and our evening IOP groups. LFRS is a naloxone access point partner with Steve Rummler Hope Foundation.
