Interna Mental Health and Wellness provides a variety of mental health and wellness services. We offer therapy, coaching, , supervision, retreats and more. We have therapists who are trained in somatic work, trauma modalities (ART, , brain spotting, EMDR, etc.), and diverse populations (LGBTQIA+, poly am, neurodivergence). We have three locations, NE Minneapolis, Eagan, and Inver Grove Heights, MN. We offer therapy for individuals, couples, and families. We provide therapy services for all ages including childen (0-5+), adolescents/teens, and adults.
