Dual Recovery Program, South Central Human Relations Center

NEW GROUP – Active Recovery, American Society of Addiction Medicine Level 1 Outpatient group, will be starting on April 5. Active Recovery will be an eight week, open enrollment, group held on Wednesdays from 9 am to 11 am and provide additional support to clients on their recovery journey. Clients completing the current program will be eligible if they require additional support, as well as new clients who have had a new episode of substance use and do not require an intensive outpatient substance use program.

The Dual Recovery Program at South Central Human Relations Center exists as an outpatient treatment (ASAM LOC 1.0 and 2.1 for adults and ASAM LOC 1.0 for adolescents) approach for individuals with co-occurring substance use and mental health concerns.
Services are tailored to individual clients and can include:
*Group Therapy

*Treatment Coordination

*Comprehensive Evaluation (Mental health assessment)

*Individual Mental Health Therapy

South Central Human Relations Center is a Certified Community Behavioral Health Center which allows clients to have access to additional resources available including:

*Psychiatric Services

*Medication-Assisted Treatment

*Adult and Children’s Targeted Mental Health Case Management

*ARMHS and CTSS

*Housing Support

*Care Coordination

*Additional outpatient mental health therapists with a wide array of specialties including EMDR.

*Adult and Adolescent DBT

*Smoking Cessation

*Mobile Crisis Services

*Assertive Community Treatment (ACT)

*IRTS
