We offer co-occurring substance use disorders and mental health treatment for adults ASAM Level of Care 1.0 and 2.1 and adolescents ASAM Level of Care 1.0 Adult ASAM Level of Care 2.1 = Primary- Minimum of 48 groups sessions. More may be added based on need. All groups are in person.
- Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 8:30-11:30 or
- Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 5-8
- Weekly UA Testing
- At least monthly individual susbtance use counseling sessions. Frequency can be increased based on need.
- Mental health comprehensive evaliation is required.
- Clients completing the primary program are eligible if they require additional support, as well as new clients who have had a new episode of substance use and do not require an intensive outpatient substance use program.
- Minimum of 8 group sessions. More may be added based on need. All groups are in person.
- Wednesday from 9-11

- Current mental health assessments, less than 180 days old, required
- MRT is an open enrollment, peer led group form of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy that focuses on identifying morals, decreasing impulsivity, increasing life purpose, and developing regard for right and wrong.
- Who is it for?
- Individuals who are engaged in community corrections.
- Individuals who have a history of SUD.
- Individuals who have not been successful with traditional treatment programs.
- Individuals do not have to be currently affiliated with SCHRC’s Dual Recovery Program
- Requirements
- Weekly peer lead and staff facilitated group.
- Tuesdays from 9-11
- Clients move through the program on a stage-by-stage basis. On average it takes clients 18-24 weeks to complete.
- At least bi-weekly UAs.
- At least bi-weekly individual sessions.
- Current mental health assessments, less than 180 days old, required
- Weekly peer lead and staff facilitated group.
- 2 1-hour individual counseling sessions per week. Minimum of 48 sessions and more may be added as needed.

- If we have at least 4 adolescents, a group may be started.
