We offer co-occurring substance use disorders and mental health treatment for adults ASAM Level of Care 1.0 and 2.1 and adolescents ASAM Level of Care 1.0 Adult ASAM Level of Care 2.1 = Primary
  • Minimum of 48 groups sessions. More may be added based on need. All groups are in person.
    • Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 8:30 am -11:30 am or
    • Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 5 pm - 8 pm
  • Weekly UA Testing
  • At least monthly individual substance use counseling sessions. Frequency can be increased based on need.
  • Mental health comprehensive evaluation is required.
Adult ASAM Level of Care 1.0 = Active Recovery
  • Clients completing the primary program are eligible if they require additional support, as well as new clients who have had a new episode of substance use and do not require an intensive outpatient substance use program.
  • Minimum of 8 group sessions. More may be added based on need. All groups are in person.
    • Wednesday from 9 am -11 am or Thursday 5 pm - 7 pm
  • At least monthly UA testing
  • At least monthly individual substance use counseling sessions. Frequency can be increased based on need.
  • Current mental health assessments, less than 180 days old, required
Adult ASAM Level of Care 1.0 = Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT)
  • MRT is an open enrollment, peer led group form of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy that focuses on identifying morals, decreasing impulsivity, increasing life purpose, and developing regard for right and wrong.
  • Who is it for?
    • Individuals who are engaged in community corrections.
    • Individuals who have a history of SUD.
    • Individuals who have not been successful with traditional treatment programs.
    • Individuals do not have to be currently affiliated substance use and recovery programs
  • Requirements
    • Weekly peer lead and staff facilitated group.
      • Tuesdays from 9 am - 11 am
      • Clients move through the program on a stage-by-stage basis. On average it takes clients 18-24 weeks to complete.
    • At least bi-weekly UAs.
    • At least bi-weekly individual sessions.
    • Current mental health assessments, less than 180 days old, required
In addition all services are tailored to individual client and can include *Group Therapy *Treatment Coordination *Comprehensive Evaluation (Mental health assessment) *Individual Mental Health Therapy *Certified Peer Recovery Specialist Clients have access to additional programming at SCHRC, if they qualify, for *Psychiatric Services *Medication-Assisted Treatment *Adult and Children’s Targeted Mental Health Case Management *ARMHS and CTSS *Housing Support *Care Coordination *Additional outpatient mental health therapists with a wide array of specialties including EMDR. *Adult and Adolescent DBT *Smoking Cessation *Mobile Crisis Services *Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) *IRTS
