CLUES Abriendo Caminos programs work in unison to deliver bilingual/culturally responsive evidence-based extended care treatment for Co-Occurring Disorders (Mental Health & Substance Use Disorders). We offer a safe space where we can help you or a loved one improve your ability to face problems, build self-esteem and increase your overall sense of wellbeing.
We offer:
- We welcome all sexual identity, gender identities, and gender expressions!
- You will meet regularly with your counselor and psychotherapist to develop treatment goals and monitor progress.
- Group sessions give you the tools and education needed to achieve a clean and sober lifestyle, while developing a supportive network of individuals who share their goals.
- MADD Panel, family member education on substance abuse, and other educational classes on demand.
Group is for clients that identify Spanish as their primary language only. ***All MI/SUD programing is offered via Microsoft Teams due to COVID-19. ***
