Located in Little Canada, MN, Breakthrough Wellness Center offers compassionate ASAM 2.5 outpatient addiction recovery and mental health services designed to help individuals reclaim their lives. We know firsthand about the everyday struggles experienced by individuals. Our focus extends beyond addressing substance use issues; we are dedicated to tackling all barriers that hinder people from achieving wellness. We provide Individual CD counseling, Group Counseling, Trauma-informed care. Compressive Assessments with same day appointments and walk-ins welcome. Breakthrough can provide housing support with 10 woman's beds and16 men's beds with single rooms also available.
