This service is provided in-home or in the community and participants are eligible if: You have Medicaid or Medicare through the state of MN Must be 18 years old or older. DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) - to develop helpful life skills Depression Anxiety & Stress Serious and Persistent mental health issues (SPMI'S) Grief & Loss Adjustment Challenges Relationship concerns.
