Applied Care Services is a woman-owned, integrative mental health provider serving White Bear Lake and the surrounding Twin Cities metro area. We offer flexible, client-centered care through ARMHS, in-home therapy, and outpatient therapy, with appointments available in-office, via telehealth, phone, or in the community.

ARMHS Availability

Serving: Hennepin, Ramsey, Anoka, Dakota, Washington, and Chisago counties

Eligibility Requirements:

• Age 18+
• Diagnosed mental health condition
• Medicaid or Medicare (MN)

ARMHS Focus Areas:

• Symptom management & coping skills
• Crisis planning & relapse prevention
• Medication education
• Independent living skills (budgeting, cooking, hygiene, household management)
• Transportation navigation
• Employment-related skills

Our practice offers a range of therapeutic approaches to support individuals, couples, and those navigating interpersonal relationship challenges. One of our therapists specializes in psychodynamic therapy, while many of our clinicians focus on cognitive and trauma-informed approaches. We support clients experiencing:
