Edina Adult Co-Occurring Disorder Intensive Outpatient Program
Our Edina location is offering a program specifically catered to adults struggling with substance use and mental health. This group-based program is led by a dually licensed mental health & substance use counselor who will facilitate groups and individual sessions through a three-phase, six-month recovery journey. All clients will meet with an addiction medicine provider as part of the curriculum.

Eligibility
Ages 18+ (out of high school); Individuals struggling with substances and also have mental health challenges; Able to engage in a group setting safely; May not have been successful in less intensive outpatient services; Are motivated to abstain from substances; Not in active withdrawal

FAQs
Is medication management part of the program curriculum?
All patients will meet with an Addiction Medicine provider or psychiatrist at the start of the program and that provider may prescribe medications for the patient. Program staff can also coordinate additional appointments with established providers or make referrals if needed.
Does M Health Fairview provide transportation?
No. Although, transportation is often coordinated through the school district or a medical assistance plan.
