Behavioral Health Integration Is a telemedicine outpatient program for individuals struggling with substance abuse disorders. We offer a total overall wellness approach to substance use interventions. We offer services to adult men, women, and the LBGTQ community. We apply both the abstinence based approach as well as a harm reduction modality into group programming. The group topic's range from CBT, DBT, relapse prevention, Trauma, PTSD, Substance use disorder, mindfulness, relationship/attachment, anger management and mental health. Treatment group hours are Monday, Wednesdays, and Thursday 5pm to 8 pm. The treatment officer hours are from 9am to 9 pm Owner/Practioner Jacob Minnig Jacob Minnig has a B.S. in Exercise Science with a minor in Athletic Coaching from the University of Wisconsin River Falls. He also holds certificates in personal training and exercise physiology from the American College of Sports Medicine. After achieving these credentials, Jacob then went on to pursue a master’s degree in clinical mental health and substance abuse addiction from Adler Graduate School. Currently, Jacob is a licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC) and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) in the state of Minnesota. Jacob has always had a strong passion for helping people in need, in addition to helping others achieve their personal health and fitness goals. He has experience with and enjoys assisting others as they work through life’s challenges. Jacob emphasizes solid coordination of care to find clients the services they need to improve their everyday lives.
