Charlie Health’s Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is designed for teenagers and young adults in need of more than once-a-week therapy. Our program combines curated peer groups, individual therapy, and family therapy into personalized crisis treatment plans. We specialize in treating high acuity mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, trauma-related disorders, OCD, gender dysphoria, and more.

-Intensive Outpatient Program – 100% Virtual, available everywhere in Minnesota, ND and Wisconsin

-For individuals aged 11-50
– 9-12 week program
– Offers 9-12 hours of clinical work per week
– Immediate Availability
– Program consists of individual, group and family therapy
– Medication Management Offered
– Comprehensive, evidence-based treatment programs for teens, adults, and families who are in need of more than once a week therapy
– Flexible Scheduling Monday-Saturday from morning, afternoon and into the late evening hours
