InVision Therapy, PLLC provides individual mental health therapy to folks who are navigating the effects of trauma, anxiety, depression, and/or significant life changes.  Our services are rooted in the mind/body connection and leverage the wisdom within each individual.  We offer traditional talk therapy, creative based therapy, and EMDR.
