With over 25 years of experience in the mental health field, I provide specialized telehealth therapy for adults (18+) across Minnesota and Wisconsin. My practice is grounded in evidence-based approaches like EMDR and CBT, and I specialize in treating Complex Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, and Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). I also offer support for ADHD/Executive Functioning and Workplace Stress/Burnout.

Caregiver & Life Stages Support: I am a dedicated advocate for the “Sandwich Generation,” supporting Caregivers and Parents navigating the complexities of family life, as well as Elderly clients managing transitions, health changes, and grief. I have a specific niche with Xanuunada Ootiisamka or Intellectual Disabilities who have co-occurring mental health needs.

Cultural Specialization & Interpreter Services: I am a white clinician living in rural Wisconsin, well-versed in our local “North Woods” cultures—from the Ojibwe/Anishinaabe community to the stoic, “Minnesota Nice” traditions of my Scandinavian and German neighbors. Additionally, I have two years of experience working with the Somali community.
