The MMHC Apple Valley clinic offers individual, child and adolescent, family, and couples therapy, along with trauma‑informed care and perinatal and reproductive mental health therapy. Services are provided in a supportive, community‑based setting for clients across the lifespan.

Apple Valley is part of Minnesota Mental Health Clinics (MMHC), a clinician‑owned practice serving the Twin Cities for over 40 years with 11 in‑person locations and virtual care statewide across Minnesota. MMHC prioritizes personalized, coordinated care, quality‑driven providers, and a community‑focused approach. We accept most major insurance plans and offer immediate availability for core outpatient therapy services, as well as psychiatry services virtually and in person where available.
