We are pleased to announce the expansion of our mental health services in St. Paul with the addition of our MN DHS 245G Co-Occurring Outpatient Treatment Program for adults.

Effective February 18, 2025, we will begin offering a very limited number of Walk-in Rule 25 Assessments & Comprehensive Assessments on Tuesday and Thursday mornings, between the hours of 8:30 am and 12:30 pm. You must be at the office, registered, with appropriate documentation. Please call ahead if you have questions. Outpatient Treatment Services

Our program is designed to support individuals who may have struggled in traditional treatment settings. Many individuals have difficulty remaining chemically free, experience barriers to problem solving and accessing resources. We are able to accommodate individuals in need of medication-assisted therapy, provide medication management and ARMHS services as appropriate.

Our treatment program provides a structured foundation, incorporates culturally relevant and family-inclusive treatment approaches. Services focus on education and skills development in areas of addiction concepts, recovery lifestyles, mental health and a reduction in return to substance use episodes.

Individuals active with the criminal justice, child protective services and similar are supported to complete a self-assessment of personal recovery needs, life skills development goals, emotion regulation skills. These self-identified personal goals become part of the treatment plan.

Our core program consists of 16 weeks of education, assignment reviews, group therapy and skills development.
Our program service hours are Monday through Friday 8:30am-12:30 pm.
Participants are required to complete an individual counseling session with licensed staff weekly. Participants will also complete a minimum of one session with the mental health provider during program engagement.
