- Initial consultation for additional substance use disorders with recommendations for treatment

- Prescription medications that assist in easing patients’ withdrawal symptoms
Treatment for Opioid Use Disorder
- In-office induction of buprenorphine (Suboxone)
- In-office induction of long-acting buprenorphine (Sublocade) – every 30 days
- Prescription medications to ease withdrawal symptoms and cravings allowing patients to focus on recovery
Treatment for Alcohol Use Disorder
- Naltrexone (oral pill)
- Long-acting injectable naltrexone (Vivitrol) – every 30 days
- Acamprosate (campral)
- Disulfiram (antabuse)
- Off-label medications include: Topiramate and gabapentin
