Our Pre-Hospitalization Program (PHP) is a house that is about a mile away from the residential facility. There are 6 beds in the house and an onsite house manager that lives there. Clients are encouraged to step down to the PHP level of care if their insurance covers it and the clinical team agrees that they are stable enough to live there safely. We ask that those who are interested in the PHP house plan to stay in our residential treatment center for 3-14 days pending clinical discretion. Clients at the PHP house are still required to attend programming 7 days a week with everyone else at the treatment center, but PHP clients can use their phones freely at the house and go on outings before curfew. Pride staff transports these clients back and forth from the house.
