Melrose offers all levels of care, including individual and group outpatient programs (ranging from 30 minutes a week to 8 hours a day), to residential and intensive residential care for those who are medically unstable. Melrose’s treatment model is individualized, holistic and integrated to include psychotherapy, medical care, nutrition counseling and psychiatric services. Specialty programming is available for those with an eating disorder and either type 1 diabetes or substance use disorder.
We know it takes courage to seek help for an eating disorder. The first step is to schedule an initial assessment by calling 952-993-6200. While eating disorders are serious, potentially life threatening illnesses, there is hope. Help is available and recovery is possible.
Our Woodbury location offers initial assessments, and follow-up appointments with your Melrose team including a medical provider, therapist, dietitian and psychiatry provider, as needed.
