Insights Psychology, LLC is a multidisciplinary mental health clinic that provides mental health services for individuals ages 6 and older. We have been serving clients since 2021 with clinics located in Bloomington and Woodbury MN. Insights Psychology offers individual therapy, couples counseling, family therapy, psychological evaluations (health psychology assessments, autism, ADHD, learning disability, general mental health, and disability evaluations), and medication management services in person or online. We provide a wide range of treatment for anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, chronic pain, eating disorders, adjustment issues, family/relationship conflicts, life transitions, acculturation issues, substance abuse, amongst other issues. Our providers incorporate and utilize several modalities in treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Insights Psychology is in network with major insurance payers including BlueCross BlueShield/Aetna, UCare, HealthPartners/Cigna, ComPsych, First Health, Medicaid, Sanford Health, Medicare, and South Country Health Alliance.
