Bridge Healing Center in St. Cloud offers comprehensive mental health services tailored to their needs. Our outpatient program with lodging is designed for individuals with co-occurring disorders (chemical dependency and mental health). This intensive four-day treatment program allows clients to maintain their daily routine while receiving care. Our culturally specific program is the only one of its kind in Central Minnesota, catering to East African and Muslim clients. We provide a comprehensive addiction assessment, individual and group therapy sessions, and wellness coaching. Short-term housing is available for patients enrolled in our outpatient treatment program. We offer a Family Support Program, including individual and group counseling for a minimum of 8 weeks, two days per week. Our treatment coordination services ensure clients receive appropriate care. Staff can transport clients from jail to our facility, and we offer medication management services. We have partnerships with Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) and psychiatric services for a holistic approach to recovery.
