How to get started You’ll complete a substance use disorder assessment with a licensed alcohol and drug counselor to determine the best treatments for you and get a referral if needed. Assessments are by appointment and limited walk-in availability. What to expect: Intensive outpatient program You’ll connect with others facing addiction in a welcoming group environment guided by a licensed alcohol and drug counselor. Together, you’ll focus on learning and practicing coping skills to avoid substance use. Interactive group topics include:

• problem solving
• boundaries
• connecting with others
