Individual mental health therapy and group counseling services are provided by clinical staff who are licensed professionals and/or have advanced graduate training in a mental health field. Who we provide counseling services to: - Anyone ages 16 and up -Those wanting assistance and support for personal, emotional, or psychological difficulties -Reach for Resources offers psychotherapy services that are inclusive of individuals from diverse cultural, ethnic, and religious backgrounds, as well as all genders and sexual orientations. What can I expect? -Appointments offered both online/telehealth and at our Minnetonka, MN office location. -Therapy appointments typically last just under one hour, and the frequency of appointments is generally once per week. -Your therapist will work with you to define goals for therapy and help you work towards them. -We are in network with most health insurance plans, including Medical Assistance and Medicare. Sliding fee scale available for those who meet income requirement and do not have insurance coverage. -Group therapy is available when we have enough participants to run a group and is offered on the topics of Mental Health Coping Skills and Healthy Relationships.
