Northstar Behavioral Health’s IRTS program provides a safe, supportive residential setting where individuals can focus on stabilizing their mental health and building skills for independence. Designed for people needing structured care, IRTS offers individualized treatment and around-the-clock support to help residents reach their recovery goals.

Key services include:

• Nursing Services – Health assessments, medication education, and ongoing monitoring to support physical and emotional well-being.
• Kev Tswj Tshuaj – Comprehensive psychiatric services, including evaluation and ongoing support to ensure effective use of medications.
• Individual Mental Health Services – Personalized therapy and skill-building sessions that focus on symptom management, coping strategies, and long-term recovery planning.

• Certified Peer Recovery Specialist (CPRS) Services – Peer support, mentorship, and encouragement from individuals with lived experience in recovery.

Our multidisciplinary team—including nursing, mental health professionals, peers, and case management staff—works together to provide holistic care. From admission through discharge, we collaborate with residents to build individualized treatment plans and support successful transitions to the next level of care.
