Our trauma-informed team of therapists serve as partners for clients and providers, providing support and guidance on every step of the healing journey. As a state-certified intensive outpatient program (IOP), we offer weekly individual therapy, weekly skills groups, and phone coaching. The programing focuses on teaching distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, emotional regulation, and mindfulness skills. In addition to DBT, our clinical staff offer: EMDR, AIR Network, Brain Spotting, and Prolonged Exposure (PE).
