At Melrose Center, patients, families and our specialized team of professionals treat and heal eating disorders together. We care for patients of any age and gender who struggle with anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, avoidant/restrictive food intake disorders and other feeding and eating disorders at our 5 Twin City locations. Melrose offers all levels of care, including individual and group outpatient programs (ranging from 30 minutes a week to 8 hours a day), to residential and intensive residential care for those who are medically unstable. Melrose’s treatment model is individualized, holistic and integrated to include psychotherapy, medical care, nutrition counseling and psychiatric services. Specialty programming is available for those with an eating disorder and either type 1 diabetes or substance use disorder. We know it takes courage to seek help for an eating disorder. Our Burnsville location offers initial assessments, and follow-up appointments with your Melrose team which includes a primary care provider, therapist, dietitian, and a psychiatric provider, as needed.
