Embolden You is a local mental health clinic in Mahtomedi, MN. We offer in-person and telehealth therapy to ages 5+. As well as telehealth dietitian and psychiatric services to adults (18+). We accept most major medical insurance, including Minnesota Medicaid and Medicare. We see a wide range of mental health concerns including, but not limited to: eating disorders/body image distress OCD trauma/PTSD insomnia couples and family therapy sex therapy children/adolescents and play therapy anxiety depression Along with our 33 wonderful individual therapists we also have 2 dietitians and 1 psychiatric nurse practitioner on staff. This includes one bilingual Spanish-speaking clinician.
