We are a small private practice comprised of Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioners located in Chisholm, but we offer telehealth appointments throughout Minnesota. Our goal is to provide individualized, high-quality mental health services to people across Minnesota. We do this by offering: medication management, individualized therapy, medication-assisted substance abuse treatment, medicinal cannabis certification, Spravato treatment, and speciality perinatal mental health services.
