We treat ages 11-50 and pride ourselves on REMOVING THE BARRIERS TO MENTAL HEALTH CARE. -No Wait List - after Verification of Benefits, you can get started in 24-48 hours. -Flexible morning, afternoon, and late into the evening schedule as well as Saturday - we don't want you to chose work over getting help you can do both! -CURATED GROUPS - this is the key to healing. Because we are in 40 states and our therapist have multistate licenses, we will find a group that you can really connect with. We consider age, condition, lived experience and treatment modality and find a group of others like you. This way you will feel comfortable opening up and have lots of "me too" moments. -And because we are virtual, all you need is a computer and internet access. No need to travel to and from your treatment. Get help in the comfort of your home. We have special tracks for LGBTQI+, BIPOC, Trauma, Military, Maternal Mental Health and MORE. Our therapist also specialize in the groups that they lead. We currently are accepting MOST major insurances in Minnesota and recently got approved for BCBS Medicaid Minnesota and BCBS Medicaid North Dakota.
