We work with survivors of trauma and individuals who are experiencing anxiety and\/or depression. If you are feeling stressed and would like to talk about it in a nonjudgmental and safe space, please contact us. We will work together to develop a plan to improve your mental health and then meet on a regular basis so that you can reach your goals. We utilize a variety of mental health interventions designed to treat trauma, anxiety, and depression, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).<\/p>\n<p>We can meet in person or use a telehealth format (online or on the phone) for counseling\/ mental health therapy.<br \/>\nOur offices are located in Bemidji.<br \/>\nAppointments are often available within a week.<br \/>\nThe regular hourly rate is $165.
