Designed for people needing structured care,\u00a0IRTS\u00a0offers individualized treatment and around-the-clock support to help residents reach their recovery goals.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Key services include:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<li><strong>Nursing Services<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Health assessments, medication education, and ongoing monitoring to support physical and emotional well-being.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Maareynta Daawada<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Comprehensive psychiatric services, including evaluation and ongoing support to ensure effective use of medications.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Individual Mental Health Services<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Personalized therapy and skill-building sessions that focus on symptom management, coping strategies, and long-term recovery planning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Certified Peer Recovery Specialist (CPRS) Services<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Peer support, mentorship, and encouragement from individuals with lived experience in recovery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Our multidisciplinary team\u2014including nursing, mental health professionals, peers, and case management staff\u2014works together to provide holistic care. From admission through discharge, we collaborate with residents to build individualized treatment plans and support successful transitions to the next level of care.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Planning for the future begins on day one.
