We are an outpatient mental health clinic located in Woodbury serving the Twin Cities metro area. We offer a multi-disciplinary staff that includes child therapy specialists, adult therapists, couple’s counselors, family therapy counselors, and Minnesota custody/parenting time evaluations. 

We work with a variety of mental health conditions including but not limited to Anxiety and Anxiety related disorders, Depression and other mood related disorders, Trauma, Grief and Loss, Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and other disorders of early childhood.  Beyond individual therapy, we offer couples counseling, family therapy, parent-child therapy, and custody/parenting time evaluations.
