SUD Evaluations/Comprehensive Assessments

Immediate openings for Substance Use Assessments. Any referral to chemical dependency treatment requires an initial formal assessment. Evaluations involve the youth, parents, other collateral contacts, testing and a urine drug screen. The process takes approximately 2 hours. Recommendations will reflect the level of care required for treatment and investigate insurance authorization requirements.

Adolescent treatment programs

High-Intensity Outpatient Program (IOP)

Openings are in one week for High-Intensity Outpatient. Our most intensive level of outpatient care, our high-intensity outpatient program—also known as day treatment or partial hospitalization—includes the same core components as inpatient treatment but does not include 24/7 care. Clients return home each evening. This level of care is 5 days per week M-F 8am-3pm, and includes individual, group, and family sessions as well as a school program.

Evening Outpatient Program (EOP)

Our evening outpatient program (IOP)— has two options a 4 day per week “medium intensity” and a 2 day per week “low intensity” each 3 hour sessions. This allows the clients to move up or down levels of care based on individual needs. For those needing outpatient mental health services, individual, group and family therapy sessions will be coordinated with your treatment plan.
