Lakeland Recovery provides outpatient treatment services to healthcare facilities such as nursing homes and assisted living facilities. Lakeland Recovery currently has a program located within Bywood East Health Care in NE Minneapolis, The Estates at Chateau in S Minneapolis, Providence Place in S Minneapolis, and The Estates at Bloomington. This program is open to all males/females 18+ serving nursing home residents with various medical and mental health conditions and disabilities as well as members from the general community. We are offering virtual groups/telehealth services. We also have licensed staff who provide mental health services such as diagnostic assessments and psychotherapy.
