The Gables is a medium-intensity substance use disorders residential extended care treatment for adult women and transgender persons. Programming includes group and individual therapy; care coordination; full-time nursing support and medication management, twenty-four hours per day, seven days a week support and supervision; and is MAT and GLBTQIA+ friendly.
The Gables mission is to provide extended treatment for individuals in supportive environments.
